We sell carrier unlocked used and/or refurbished cell phones that has been fully tested for performance. We offer 6 months hardware warranty on all devices we sell; software issues are not covered with any warranty. Our warranty only covers manufacturer related defects.

Warranty on phones sold by GW will not cover any physical damage, water damage, chemical or electrical damage as well as if malfunction is caused by software or if damage is caused by accessories used with the device.

We will not cover defects resulting from any action by you or any supplemental damage.

Phones found to malfunction within warranty period will be repaired by GW or, in case if we are not able to perform such repair, the device will be replaced with same or one of equal value. All sales on used and refurbished phones are final – no returns.
